The first episode of Ampalaya Chronicles entitled Adik features Carlo Matibay (Khalil Ramos), a shy and socially awkward teenager who secretly admires the campus cute girl Nina (Elisse Joson).

The first episode features Khalil Ramos and Elisse Joson as Carlo and Nina respectively. Included in the cast are Ana Abad Santos, Henz Villairiz, Dido dela Paz, Imelda Shchweigart, Alex Agustin, Brent Manalo, Asaiah dela Cruz, Rich Macapalagal and Richard Quan.
